Welcome to St Marcellin Catholic College. We are the 163rd school for Catholic Education Western Australia and incredibly proud to be a Catholic College in the Marist Tradition, named after the founder of the order, St Marcellin Champagnat.
We are blessed to be a Catholic College with 200 years of Marist story, an enviable location, plans for a beautiful campus, dedicated staff and a commitment to providing an education that fosters curiosity and a love of learning. Everything is in place for our students to flourish.
The development of young people with Strong Minds and Gentle Hearts is the vision at the heart of what we do at St Marcellin Catholic College. It is why we take our students growth as independent learners and people of character, so seriously.
The world in which our College emerges, is one filled with great possibility and boundless opportunity. It is our mission to open these possibilities to our students, as our founder St Marcellin did, over 175 years ago. We keep our direction on the future but we remain constantly grounded in the rich traditions that have so beautifully helped to build our story.
At St Marcellin, the values of Hope, Humility and Compassion, create an atmosphere which encourage every student, staff member, and parent to believe anything is possible, to honour the human dignity of one another and to humbly aspire to be the best they can be. In doing this, we understand that each student has great potential which should be nurtured and realised.
Choice will lie at the heart of this: one size does not fit all at St Marcellin Catholic College which is why we hope every student will experience our College in their own unique way.
We challenge our students to think big, to seek new opportunities and to prioritise relationships and connection.
Everything we do at St Marcellin Catholic College will be to ensure our students experience the richness of our faith and of College life.
It is our dream to grow an extraordinary College and we are excited to work in partnership with our community in bringing this dream to life.
I hope our website paints a vibrant picture of life at St Marcellin Catholic College and all that lies ahead for us as a Foundation College. I look forward to welcoming you to St Marcellin. Come and join us on this exciting journey!
