Our Three-Year-Old Pre-Kindergarten program introduces schooling for children and their families and sets the foundation for future learning. The early childhood years are a gift of time which enables children to experience the joy of being created and uniquely gifted by a loving God. Play is the instrument for teaching and learning and is open ended, spontaneous, and planned.
Our Philosophy
The Pre-Kindergarten program is designed to:
- Assist our children to gently and positively transition into a school setting.
- Encourage a sense of belonging.
- Build parent partnerships.
- Provoke thinking and encourage open ended learning.
- Encourage the development of thinking skills, creativity, curiosity, and persistence in each child.
- Provide opportunities for play to promote creativity across a variety of areas including art, music, and movement.
- Encourage children to build relationships and friendships and develop independent skills.
Please note that children must be three years old.
DAYS: Pre-Kindergarten runs on Tuesday and Friday
TIMES: 8.50am – 2.50pm
